SPOILER ALERT: If you have not read EARTH 2: WORLD’S END #14 yet and do not wish to know what happens, stop reading this post now (major spoilers ahead!).

EARTH 2: WORLD’S END #14 kick’s off the New Year with a bang…a nuclear bang that is…

In this action packed issue, Miracle, Mister Terrific and Fury are scrambling to detonate a string of nuclear bombs on Apokolips before being overrun by the evil Darkseid and his army.

Without any inkling of an escape plan from the blast, the heroes continue to prepare the bomb…If they must sacrifice themselves for the greater good, so be it.

BUT, with only seconds to spare before detonation, Mister Terrific comes up with a “terrific” idea on how to save his fellow super heroes…

Citing Fury and Miracle’s “Discs of Light” (as Mister Terrific puts it) which can reach into the multiverse, see below as Fury and Miracle follow Mister Terrific’s suggestion and attempt to create a shield against the blast!

Will the heroes survive? What about Darkseid? What about the rest of Apokolips? Sound off in the comments below!

EARTH 2: WORLD’S END #14 scripted by Daniel H. Wilson, Marguerite Bennett and Mike Johnson and illustrated by Eddy Barrows, Eber Ferreira, Eduardo Pansica, Mark Deering, Jorge Jimenez, Robson Rocha, Guillermo Ortego and Tyler Kirkham, is available in stores now.
