Happy New Year my fellow Anime lovers. January seems to come around far quicker these days than it used to, with its long cold, black nights and endless dreary days. But that doesn’t mean to say it’s a bad thing. It will give you time to sit and reflect, or more importantly watch a time of Anime. With January comes the beginning of a whole new heap of Anime seasons for you to enjoy, so to kick off the year, I thought we’d take a look over my top five shows to watch this Winter with Anime In 2015: Kuroko No Basket Season 3 Now, most people usually put down any sport related Anime, but I always think that you should give something a go before you dismiss it, which is exactly what I did with Kuroko No Basket and I’m glad that I did. This particular season wraps up the entire series, which is always a fun time in a show’s life. On the whole though, this particular Anime has everything that you would expect for it to be highly entertaining; it has well rounded, well developed characters that are interesting and a plot that is enjoyable and easy to watch. The animation itself isn’t bad either with a great visual style. It’s certainly one should be given a chance. Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure Stardust Crusaders You’re probably beginning to think that I’m losing the plot by putting this one in the charts at all, let alone at number four, but bear with me. I never used to love the old OVAs in this series, but for what I’ve seen so far of Stardust Crusaders, it gives a whole fresh appeal and completely invigorates the show. Visually, it looks amazing with some top-class animation. This is definitely one for old and new fans to enjoy. Death Parade The main draw to this one also from where it made by one of the the best production companies in the business, Madhouse, and more importantly one of the greatest directors of his age, Tachikawa, Yuzuru. The show is episodic nature. In short, it’s about two people playing a game of billiards, but what they don’t realise is they’re really gambling for their lives. It is something new with a very focused plot and few characters to get to know. It looks brilliant and I really recommend that you give it a go. Soukyuu no Fafner: Dead Aggressor: Exodus Sequel to Soukyuu no Fafner: Dead Aggressor, set two years after Heaven and Earth, Soukyuu no Fafner: Dead Aggressor – Exodus: follows a young boy named Kazuki Makabe who is chosen as the replacement pilot assisted by Soushi Minashiro from within the Siegfried System the Fafner Mark Elf pilot is killed en route to the hangar during an attack by the Festum.. This Anime is beautiful to watch with stunning visuals and solid plot. Some of you will disagree and claim
